The Origins of Night of the Living Dead | The Streiner Series: Part I

Russ Streiner, Chairman of the Board and Founder of the Pittsburgh Film Office, tells the story of how the Pittsburgh area filmed, Night of the Living Dead (1968) came to life.

As a producer and actor in the film, Russ has a first hand account of how the film was made and produced from start to finish.

In this new series "The Streiner Series" Russ Streiner shares stories of his time in the Pittsburgh area film industry, his work on Night of the Living Dead, and his 50+ year friendship and partnership with George Romero.
